1 bundle asparagus
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
2 tbsp garlic infused olive oil
1 tsp traditional balsamic vinegar
Preheat grill to high heat. While the grill is heating, rinse asparagus and snap ends off. Place in a rectangular container (9×13 casserole or the like) and toss with oil, salt, and pepper. Once the grill is hot, grill just until marks begin to form – about 4 minutes on the first side – then flip and grill for about 2 minutes on the second side (again until marks just begin to form). Remove from grill and drizzle with traditional balsamic vinegar (a traditional balsamic is the consistency of syrup – otherwise you can reduce a standard balsamic). Serve immediately.
