Make Your Own Pumpkin Pie Spice
Ingredients:
- 3 Tbsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 2 tsp. Ground Ginger
- 2 tsp. Nutmeg
- 1-1.5 tsp. Ground Allspice
- 1-1.5 tsp. Ground Cloves
Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk everything together cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and cloves until well combined. Store in an small jar or container.

Two Yummy ways to use it: Pumpkin Spice Creamer & Pumpkin Spice Honey Butter
Pumpkin Spice Creamer
(makes about 2 cups)
Ingredients:
- 2 cups milk (I used whole milk, original recipe calls for almond milk)
- 2 Tbsp. mashed pumpkin (canned is fine, but make sure it’s just pumpkin and not pumpkin pie)
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice (see above for recipe)
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Whisk all the ingredients, except vanilla if you’re planning to add some, together in a sauce pan over medium-high heat
2. Heat until steaming, but not boiling
3. Whisk in vanilla
4. Pour into a jar for storage
Shake before using, as the spices may settle.

Pumpkin Spice Honey Butter
Ingredients:
- 1 stick butter (1/2 C), room temp
- 3 Tbsp. pumpkin puree
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice (see above for recipe)
- ½ tsp. vanilla
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Whip together until everything is incorporated. Store in the refrigerator in a sealed container.
