American Farmland Trust, California Farmland Trust, California Council of Land Trusts, California Rangeland Trust, CalCAN, and the Office of Kat Taylor invite you to join a legislative tour of KLM Ranches in Elk Grove, California.
This special event will highlight how voluntary conservation easements and California’s Sustainable Agricultural Lands Conservation (SALC) Program help permanently protect working lands and keep agricultural lands viable for future generations.
The tour will provide an opportunity to learn more about the role conservation easements and the SALC Program play in supporting California’s agricultural landscape.
Participants will visit KLM Ranches and hear discussions focused on land conservation, agricultural viability, and stewardship of working lands.
Shuttle transportation will be provided.
