INGREDIENTS
- 4 ears corn
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix mayonaise, sour cream and cilantro in a bowl
- Remove the husks of the corn and grill on a hot grill until slightly charred on all sides.
- Hot off the grill, slather the corn with the mayonaise mix and serve.
- Optional: squeeze on lime juice and sprinkle with chili powder.
