The C&T Murphy Property is approximately 72 acres of almond orchards. Located in San Joaquin county, the property is positioned just outside the town of Farmington along Highway 4. This property was permanently protected by an ag conservation easement with funding provided by the California Strategic Growth Council’s (SGC) Sustainable Agricultural Lands Conservation Program (SALC) in collaboration with the Department of Conservation.
