Payne Avenue Farm is located just southeast of the City of Brentwood in Contra Costa County. These lovely 10 acres of prime farmland serve as a walnut orchard and have been protected with an agricultural conservation easement since June 2006, thanks to the efforts of the Brentwood Agricultural Land Trust.
