Charlotte’s Grilled Peach & Burrata Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2–3 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ball of fresh burrata cheese
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush peach halves lightly with olive oil. Grill for 2–3 minutes on each side until soft and slightly charred.
  3. Slice grilled peaches and arrange them on a serving platter.
  4. Tear burrata over the top and sprinkle with fresh basil leaves.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and honey. Finish with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  6. Serve immediately as a fresh summer side or light lunch.
