Ingredients:
- 2–3 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ball of fresh burrata cheese
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- Balsamic glaze
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Brush peach halves lightly with olive oil. Grill for 2–3 minutes on each side until soft and slightly charred.
- Slice grilled peaches and arrange them on a serving platter.
- Tear burrata over the top and sprinkle with fresh basil leaves.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and honey. Finish with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately as a fresh summer side or light lunch.
